Every small business that ever was and ever will be, yours included, starts as seedling in someone's brain that grew and grew until it blossomed into something real. Be it a grand opening, ribbon-cutting, or snagging your first client, once your business becomes real, the name of the game is continued growth. I, for one, have never met a business owner who started a business with the intent that it not grow, nor have I ever seen a small business that was born fully formed and completely maximized. As I said, you start a business with the hope and intention that it will grow into what you conceived or even something better.
